At Fabricly, our custom-printed fabrics are produced to order in the UK. Because each order is individually printed, there is a production period before your order is dispatched.

Production Times

We aim to produce and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Production times may vary depending on the fabric selected, order quantity and current production volumes.

Any production or delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

UK Delivery

UK orders are shipped using the delivery service selected or displayed at checkout. Available delivery options and charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery time begins once your order has completed production and has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate the shipment.

Please note that occasional delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and affected products so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

International Delivery

Where international delivery is available, delivery times and charges will be shown at checkout. Customers may also be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
